You've seen death first hand, and you know how to weaponize it to your liking. Just trace the lines...
Tier 1
Flash Sheath - You've started your training into learning and mastering a dangerous technique. You may now use deftness for your physical attacks.
Mystic Eyes of Death Perception - Death has begun to show itself to you. But only slightly, your vision is still too blurry... Regardless, you gain a one point boost to perspicacity.
Tier 2
Flash Run - You can move so fast it's basically teleportation. You may use this instead of a move action, and doing so grants a two point bonus on the following attack roll.
Assassin Gear - As a simple action, you may reach into your bag of assassin paraphernalia and retrieve a minor item (This does not allow you to use it immediately, and all non-used items disappear at the end of the mission).
Tier 3
Flash Marathon - Take speed to an entirely new level! Once per day, mission, or bounty, roll your deftness, however the total number is irrelevant. You strike the opponent with as many weak attacks as you get dice rolls over six. These attacks are far weaker than any single attack, but they cannot be blocked. You may end your turn anywhere you can see after using this ability.
Family Relic - This is an item from your family's long and storied past. However, I'm not exactly sure what it is... Choose what this relic is, and while using it in conjunction with your powers you may gain a one point bonus to your roll.
Tier 4
Flash Sheath (Bonus) - You're so fast with this attack that you bet you can strike your opponent down before they could do the same to you. You may roll deftness to attack as a reaction. You may still choose to defend how you please.
Mystic Eyes of Death Perception (Bonus) - They're coming more into focus... The lines of death... You may roll perspicacity to attempt to see the lines of death on an object. Tracing these lines is difficult but it will induce heavy damage. Most things won't be able to survive.
Tier 5
Fatal Trace (Unique) - This is it! Use all your energy and take your foe down! Once per day, mission, or bounty, you may pick a living target. You can see the lines of death on them. Tracing these lines should ensure they fall apart at the atomic level.
Flash Marathon (Bonus) - Your speed has increased to new and dizzying heights, the naked eye has trouble following you. When you use Flash Marathon, successes are now any dice rolls over four. In addition, you may now choose multiple targets for your fury.
Tier 6
Assassin Training - Your family has seen your immense potential, and decided to begin your official training. Choose to gain a one point bonus to either perspicacity or deftness. You may not change this choice.
Tier 7
Blood Artist - There's a certain artistry to tracing the lines, one that you've easily picked up one. You have a five point bonus to tracing lines of any kind (if you're in a life or death scenario and need to trace a drawing or something).
Tier 8
Assassin Training - You learn fast and move faster. You gain a one point bonus to both perspicacity and deftness.
Tier 9
Sprinting Death - Death has many speeds. Sometimes it's slow and agonizing, taking its time like taking a walk in the park. Sometimes it's quick and painless like a thief in the night. Or like you. Once per day, mission, or bounty, you may activate this ability as a simple action. You will take an additional turn after this one. You may only activate this ability on your turn.
