- House System -
Home is where the heart is, and we here at The Archive are more than happy to put your heart where it belongs (WARNING: Your heart belongs in your chest if you are still human or of something akin to normal human physiology. The heart in this case is metaphorical. Please do not remove your heart from your chest.)
A few ground rules about the house system before we begin:
- Building a house costs 1000 pages. If you wish to move your house after placing it it costs 5000 pages. However, the more you move your house the more the moving cost will be.
- An Archive agent may have no more than one place of residency. This means that if you live with another agent, you may not have your own personal residence in addition.
- Until you are able to multiversally travel, your house must be on the same planet as your Library. Once you have access to another world, you may place your house there.
- Some locations may have unique effects or bonuses. For example, placing your house in heaven means that it may get better with good deeds and may degrade with bad deeds.
- Other Archive agents are not allowed in your house unless you explicitly allow them in. That does not mean they cannot get in if they have the ability to bypass your locks however.
- You are able to receive a refund for any house additions for 60% of the refurbishments original purchase cost.
