There is an order to the multiverse, and you have regularly sowed chaos into it. Order has it's eye on you.

The metal has eyes, and they're all on you. A dangerous enemy has been made.
Watched by Fire
You feel someone's glare burning into the back of your skull... You are always uncomfortably hot.
The Multiverse's Most Wanted
+3 to a stat of your choice

Also you gain advantage to convincing a person that you were innocent of any crimes related to those that you were charged for. (Murder, Genocide, Moon Theivery, and IP infringement.) You are able to stand on a snoon without negative side-effects thanks to a faint gift from the Huntress of the Moon, Artemis! | ABILITIES |
Reckless Reaper Physiology
As you transform, your body turns to pure neon yellow energy as a black robe manifests around you. In your hand appears a long and sickeningly sharp scythe, purple necrotic energy visibly gathering around the blade. While you have this transform active, you are almost totally immune to the direct negative effects of your reckless actions. The effects may catch up with you after your transform has ended, and some consequences are too great for even the most reckless to ignore. In addition, you are neither considered living or undead for the purposes of abilities - you are technically dead.
Reap the Harvest
Any non-BoP mortal target hit by your scythe will immediately cease all life functions and not be able to be revived. The soul of the target is turned into a triangular chip which you may consume for PERMANENT bonuses that persist outside of your transform, depending on the target. Attacks with this scythe are based on deftness or vitality.
Will Manifestation
Where there's a will, there's a way. You can manifest any items you need for a poorly-thought out, reckless scheme as a simple action.
