It's a lonely path, walking alone as the sole guardian of the Time Space door. Luckily, it's possible to make friends along the way.
Tier 1
• Pluto Planet Power, Make Up!! – What’s a sailor scout without their transformation? Upon taking this class, you receive a Garnet Rod through which you are capable of transforming into a sailor Guardian! This comes with a basic Magical Girl energy attack based off Appeal.
• Magical Charm – A magical girl’s charisma always shines through. You gain X to appeal where X is tiers in this class taken.
Tier 2
• Versatile Wand – You’re only as powerful as the tools you use to get the job done!! As a Main Action, you can turn your Garnet Rod into any weapon or Tool you may need to get a task done.
• Time Skip – As a Pluto Guardian, you’re finding that you’re a little more in tune with time and space than one might be normally… Using your wand, once per day you are able to use an action to impose disadvantage on a target’s next action OR advantage on a target’s next action by disrupting their perception of time and space.
Tier 3
• No One Hurts a Sailor Scout!! – Once per encounter, you can use your affinity over space to teleport out of the way of an oncoming attack! Based on Appeal.
• Soft Spot for Magical Girls – There’s a sweet sort of air about you that people just can’t overlook. When speaking to sentient races they tend to find you more trustworthy.
Tier 4
• Versatile Wand (Bonus) – Let’s make this a little more effective, shall we? You’re now able to turn your Magical Girl wand into tools and weapons using a simple action instead of a Main.
• Pluto Planet Power, Make Up!! (Bonus) - You've improved the strength of your Magical Girl attack!! On a successful hit, roll luck. On a 70 or above, your target is inflicted with the status effect "Burn".
Tier 5
• Dead Scream – You are the Sailor Guardian of Pluto, after all. Doesn’t that mean you represent some God of the Underworld? Once per day, attack a single target with a barrage of Death Energy Based on Appeal
• A Sailor’s Constitution – Protectors of the worlds need to be at least a little durable. Gain X/2 Vitality where X is your Tiers in this class.
Tier 6
• Sailor Take Flight – You can now use either of your sailor stats to fly while in your sailor transformation.
Tier 7
• Garnet Ball – Once per encounter, create a ball of pure Magical Girl energy as an instant interrupt based on appeal. But what’s a Magical Girl without their friends? You can attempt to defend 1d2 targets within Melee range as well with this defense. Based on Appeal.
Tier 8
• Soft Spot for Magical Girls (Bonus)– Magical Girls aren’t often really known for being the aggressors. Those who do not already see you as a threat are much less likely to see you as one.
Tier 9
• Time Stop – A Pluto Guardian’s Ace in the hole. For 1 round, freeze time and allow 1d3 allies to take one action while time is frozen around them. When time resumes, you die, and cannot be revived for the remainder of the mission.
Tier 10
• Dead Scream (Bonus) – Once per Day you can now use Dead Scream as an AOE Attack, targeting all enemies in the area. In addition, Roll Luck, on a 80 or above, all targets hit by the attack become confused for 1 turn.
• Pluto’s Wit – Gain X/4 Intelligence where X is Tiers taken in this class.
