Monsters are known for their kindness, love and mercy. It's in their very nature and has been that way for as long as any living monster can remember. Sometimes, though, that's not enough. Sometimes, someone takes it too far, and it is the burden of The Judge to decide just exactly what it means to go too far, and exact punishment.
TIER 1
Karmic Judgement: You've seen souls. You've seen dark souls, you've seen black souls, and you've seen the blackest of souls the multiverse has to offer. Now, you understand just what that means, and you have the means to fight back against it. Once per encounter, on a successful hit, inflict them with a minor Karmic Poison Effect based on Perspicacity. This ability only works on targets with darkened souls.
Judge's Insight: It's important for a Judge to have the insight to recognize when someone is actually worthy of the punishments needed, or if they just need guidance back to the proper path. Not all souls are beyond redemption. You gain +X to Perspicacity, where X is equal to your tiers in this class.
TIER 2
Executioners Blade: Pick a weapon type, be it a gun, a laser, a sword, a dagger, etc. Whatever you want. This type of weapon is now your Executioner's Weapon, and can only be changed on a respec of this class. The weapon type chosen is now used based on Perspicacity.
Sins Crawling On Your Back: You are here to enact justice for those who were wronged. Some of them may be dead, other's still alive, but the memory of their actions still remains within their victimizer. Once per encounter, overwhelm your target with the memory of all the sins they've committed against the innocent. For 1d2 turns, this target is inflicted with Fear. Based on Perspicacity.
