As boring as it is, sometimes the most responsible thing to do is put away the wild magic for a while. Pretty boring if you ask me. Once per encounter, activate this ability as a simple action to turn off wild magic for 1d2 turns. No clue why you'd wanna do that though.

Hey kid, nice shot. Fire off a burst of pure luck energy towards a target based on luck as if it were a normal stat. On a successful hit, the target must roll on the wild surge table!

Lady Luck please guide my blade. On a successful hit, roll a 1d100. Above a 95 and the attack is a critical hit and does extra damage!

Nightmare Destroyer
Harness the powerful holy energies within Castiel and release them as an angelic blast of energy based on intelligence! This attack gets advantage and does more damage against unholy, undead, nightmare, and darkness aligned targets. However, it gets disadvantage when used against holy or light-aligned targets, or benign dream entities. Once used, this will turn one of your limbs to stone.
Memento
Your dreams feel so real, you can't help but feel like they ARE real. In fact... maybe they are? Once per day, bring a non-consumable item with you from your dreams back into reality. This item cannot be alive.

Like good dreams, but better. You gain +X to intelligence, where X is equal to your tiers in this class.
