Any CSIP team would be lucky to have someone like you, controlling the battlefield and planning every minute detail in the battle to make everything go perfectly. Using a bunch of super-advanced gadgets combined with some fancy information magic, the world is yours to mold to your will.
Tier 1
Scan - Using the fancy goggles pictured above, you're able to gather some basic information about a target. Based on intelligence.
Tactical Enhancements - It just wouldn't be logical to leave yourself a fleshy organic pile of organs and meat, so you made the tactically shrewd decision and gave yourself some upgrades. You gain X to intelligence based off of this class' level.
Tier 2
Cartographer - Your scanner is more than capable of giving you a highly detailed map of your surrounding area. The only real question is, how well can you use it... You can attempt to create a map of the area around you as a simple action based on intelligence. The better your roll, the more information the map will have for you.
Puppetmaster - You orchestrate the scene and control everything from the background, to your allies delight and your foes detriment. When you support an ally's action in some way, they get a five point bonus to their roll.
Tier 3
Tactical Enhancements (Bonus) - Make up for your lack of a calculator in your frontal lobe! Correct God's mistake! You gain a one point bonus to intelligence.
Scan (Bonus) - Information is key to getting the upperhand on your opponents, and you know the best way to maximize it's useage and gain the advantage. Your party gets a three point bonus to any rolls targeting your scanned targets.
Tier 4
Detection (Bonus) - With some upgrades and attunements, you've upgraded your five senses and even unlocked a sixth one (unfortunately, that is a joke. Your dreams of smision will have to stay unrealized for now). You gain the superpower enhanced senses and may also use intelligence for perception checks once per encounter.
All Seeing Eye - Through a network of microscopic cameras that you installed while your allies were sleeping (if you're one of the allies reading this, heh, sorry) you are able to see everything that they see. In return, they also have access to a feed of everything you're seeing.
Tier 5
Ultimate Tactician (Unique) - You're calm, you're cool, you're collected, and you're ready to unleash a showstopping plan that will stop the baddies in their tracks. Unfortunately, you just don't have enough time to get everything together... or do you? You may now take as long as you want while planning and communicate your plans to all of your allies as a simple action. And once per day, mission, or bounty, you can totally prepare the battlefield to your specifications as a main action, regardless of how many actions it would normally take to do your preparations, as long as you perform no directly hostile actions towards the enemy party. You may not use this ability to endlessly charge abilities, mind you. Other stipulations will be stipulated as necessary.

Once per day, mission, or bounty, you may roll your intelligence versus a scanned target's intelligence on their turn. If you succeed, you can tell exactly what they are planning to do and who they are planning to target, and tell your allies as a free action.

Detection (Bonus) - I for one welcome our new cyborg overlords. You may now use Detection as many times as you wish.

Electronic Security - You aren't gonna let something as simple as a high-powered electro-magnetic pulse get you down! You're prepared! All of your technology is totally EMP-proof, this includes any technology gotten from sources outside of this class along with all items on your body. Pretty much, you've got a safety bubble around you.

Efficiency - While others are scrambling for time and totally lost on what to do, you're already three steps ahead of the competition. You now have an additional simple action.
Tier 10
Ultimate Tactician (Unique Bonus) - I am become tactician, planner of worlds. You may now plan and communicate your plans as a totally free action, but only once per round (please do not abuse this and take five hours to make a plan, we all have lives to live). In addition, you may now attempt to put your battle preparations into action as a simple action. The more complex the plan, the harder it will be to fit it in one simple action. Based on intelligence.
