You wanna be the very best. Like no one ever was.
Tier 1
Starter - As a 10 year old child who is definitely responsible enough to allow to travel the world without any supervision, you are finally old enough to get your own Pokemon! Hurray! You may choose a starter from any generation of Pokemon to be your friendly partner. It knows the basic moves that specific Pokemon starts with. It's stats depend on which Pokemon you choose. You also may give it a nickname if you wish. Throwing your Pokemon out is an advanced action, and it takes the turn immediately after yours.
Pokemon Aspiration - It's time to decide your Pokemon destiny! Choose to become a Pokemon Battler and gain one point to your intelligence, or choose to become a Pokemon Breeder and gain one point to your appeal. Interactions with your Pokemon will be based on this stat.
Tier 2
Starter (Bonus) - Your starter grows stronger! It may learn one move that your Pokemon naturally learns up to level 10. If you attempt to learn more than four moves you'll have to delete one. You do not have to teach your Pokemon a new move if you do not want to.
Pokemon Friend - You are the friend of Pokemon everywhere! Your experience with Pokemon allows you to gain a two point boost to your appeal when dealing with any animals and any Pokemon.
Tier 3
Starter (Bonus) - Evolution! You get four stat points to distribute to your Pokemon's stats as you see fit. It may learn one move that your Pokemon naturally learns up to level 20 (This includes moves it would learn as it's previous evolution up to level 20). If you attempt to learn more than four moves you'll have to delete one. You do not have to teach your Pokemon a new move if you do not want to.
Pokemon Aspiration (Bonus) - Did you think your aspirations wouldn't rub off on your partner? If you chose to become a Pokemon Battler, your Pokemon gains a one point bonus to all of it's physical stats. If you chose to become a Pokemon Breeder, your Pokemon gains a one point bonus to all of it's mental stats.
Tier 4
Starter (Bonus) - Your starter grows stronger! It may learn one move that your Pokemon naturally learns up to level 30 (This includes moves it would learn as it's previous evolution up to level 30). If you attempt to learn more than four moves you'll have to delete one. You do not have to teach your Pokemon a new move if you do not want to.
Trainer Supplies - A good trainer has to be prepared for anything! You now carry around a bag with basic supplies inside it. These supplies include three potions, a full restore, a revive, an escape rope, and three berries of your choice. Your bag refreshes at the end of every mission, day, or bounty. However, using an item from this bag is an advanced action.
Tier 5
Catch! (Unique) - Time to add a new Pokemon friend to the family! You may choose any Pokemon besides legendaries and starters to add to your team. It starts off at level 40 and is fully evolved (even if it would not normally be fully evolved by this point). At every Starter (Bonus) after this tier, your second Pokemon also gets the bonuses given to your starter. This Pokemon's stats will depend on what Pokemon you choose, and you may give it a nickname if you wish. It starts with any moves your Pokemon naturally learns up to level 40 (This includes moves it would learn as it's previous evolutions up to level 40). You may only have one Pokemon out at a time, and switching Pokemon is an advanced action.
