You drop it like it's hot while the pimps in the crib, and you make time your bitch. Droppin' time powers like a mofo and rhymes like a badass.
Tier 1
Doppelganger - Using tricky time manipulation (that ends up piling up a shitload of dead alternate versions of yourself), you can create another version of yourself as a simple action to fight with you for one turn. You can't keep him too long though. Paradoxes and all that.
Summon God Tier Outfit - These clothes be straight-up bitchin' yo. Especially the cape. Wearing your god tier outfit gives you a two point bonus to intelligence. Comes with free Stiller shades.
Tier 2
Redo - OK, so lets say you fuck up. Like, you REALLY fuck up. Like, royally and utterly. What do you do? Well, you just use your bitchin' time powers to go and do it again. They're just... not very reliable right now. Once per encounter, you can redo any roll that you feel you totally bombed on. You have to take the second roll even if it's worse. However, you have to flip a coin when you do. If it's heads, you successfully complete the action. If it's tails, your whole timey thing fails and you have to take the roll as is. However, if it fails, you may try to use it on another roll in the fight. NOTE: You have to say you want to use Redo immediately after making the roll. You can't Redo a roll from five turns ago.
Strife Specibus {Choose} - OK, so like, just imagine you have this kinda dumb inventory system thing that makes you choose one weapon and one weapon only to fight with for the rest of your life. That's doesn't make much sense, except when you wield your weapon you get a one point bonus to intelligence. Oh snap. Wassup.
Tier 3
Time Strike- OK, what this ability basically does is give you double attack. However, you're not REALLY attacking twice. You're kind of using weird time shit to repeat your strike. That seems like a really dumb way to allow you to attack twice one turn, doesn't it? Yea, kinda.
Strength Training - You've spent a lot of time training in the gravity chamber and you get a two point bonus to intelligence too. How would a gravity chamber make you stronger? Because shut up, who even cares.
Tier 4
Flight - God tiers fly. You're a god tier. You can fly. Pretty simple, bro. Based on intelligence.
Time Loop - Go back in time and do whatever you really feel like once per day, mission, or bounty. Or at least try to. You're not really sure how it works, you just kinda feel this stuff out. Based on intelligence.
